•    The distance for the travel shall be more than 750 kilometers.
•    Availability of Airline ticket on dates and sectors indicated by the passenger

How to Apply for Train to Flight Upgrade:

1. Visit www.via.com
2. Enter relevant details at Rail to Air Upgrade link
3. Passenger shall then book the special fares indicated and the booking confirmation shall be e-mailed to the passenger within few minutes.
4. After booking confirmation is emailed, Via shall then check on availability of air-tickets and send Air PNR number/ e-ticket, if available, by e-mail to the passenger within 30 minutes of booking confirmation. If the passenger does not receive such PNR confirmation from Via within 30 minutes, passenger shall call the customer care centre at 080 41431000.
